All orders placed during Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne will be sent ONLY VIA EXPRESS POST to ensure your orders arrive safely. 

Please note that while most orders are ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days, depending what time and what products you order, some orders may take additional time to prepare. We do not ship on Fridays (with the exception of same day delivery), Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. 

While we will do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, CHOCOLATI will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service delays, interruptions, severe weather and COVID-19 delays.

Online orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria during business days (Monday - Friday).
