Founded by mother-daughter team, Cristina Toscano and Isabella Zervos,in their pursuit of creating the finest,
locally made chocolate. Since Cristina’s parents immigrated from Italy to Australia in the 1950s,
the family has worked in Melbourne’s food industry for three generations and prioritise premium quality,
taste and care, which has become the core focus of Chocolati.
